| 摘 要： | 通过对人才培养模式现状与趋势的分析,构建了高等体育院校的＂打通基础,专业分流,特色培养＂的人才培养模式,在理论层面上提出了人才培养模式改革的保障措施：完善学分制,构建柔性教学运行机制,改革教学管理制度;组建优秀教学团队,开发课程资源。在实践层面上提出调整人才培养方案、优化课程体系结构的实施要略。
