| 摘 要： | 降低行政成本是中国行政体制改革要解决的重要问题，降低行政成本的途径是：建立合理的行政绩效评估方式；借鉴企业精神，重塑高效政府；完善政府信息公开制度，建立科学的决策机制：健全对行政成本的监督体系；推行电子政务；完善政府采购制度，推进职务消费货币化改革。

| Abstract: | To lower the administration cost is key problem to be solved in Chinese administration system reform. The ways to lower the cost include: setting up rational evaluation system of administration achievement, reshaping efficient government with enterprise spirit as reference, perfecting the open system for government information and promoting money reform of post expense. |
