| Abstract: | Explore the cause of the offside penalty soccer game, in order to infer the inevitable trend of introducing electronic football game, the referee offside penalty.It considers that penalty should mainly obtains referee′ s decision,electronic referee′ s penalty as a reference,and the related departments or corporation should develop the electronic referee system of high quality and inexpensive. |
