摘    要:大学教师是高校参与协同创新的骨干力量。但在实践中,还面临着大学教师对协同创新理念的认识有待提高、参与协同创新的人才素质还需提升、高校协同创新的制度环境有待完善、高校与其他协同创新主体间未形成真正合力等困境。改进这些问题,需要通过正确认识协同创新,营造协同创新氛围;完善管理环境,提升协同创新人才素质;改善制度环境,构建制度保障体系;健全组织环境,搭建社会参与平台等路径,来促进大学教师参与协同创新,提升高校的协同创新能力。

Abstract:University teachers are the backbone of universities to participate in collaborative innovation, But in practice, some difficulties occur: university teachers' understanding of collaborative innovation still needs to improve, the quality of the talents participating in collaborative innovation needs to ascend, the institutional environment needs to perfect, no good cooperation between universities and other collaborative innovation subjects. To solve these problems, more work need to do: to create an environment of collaborative innovation; to have a better administrative environment and promote the talents quality; to improve the institutional environment and construct the institutional security system; to improve the organizational environment and set up platform for social participation in order to encourage university teachers to participate in the activity and promote the innovation competence of universities.
