| 摘 要： | 近年来,有组织犯罪快速发展、气焰嚣张,其强大的组织、坚实的经济基础、残忍的手段严重威胁着我国社会治安与经济秩序的正常运行。面对现今有组织犯罪侦查出现的困境,越来越多的人思索秘密侦查技术的改革与创新,却较少有人研究有组织犯罪侦查制度对侦查的制约因素。本文立足于我国侦查制度现状,从警检关系入手,探讨完善我国有组织犯罪侦查中警检关系的构想与建议。

| Abstract: | In the recent years,organizational crimes have swelled quickly and arrogantly,which have constituted a serious threat to the normal social order and the normal economic operation of our country because of their powerful organizations,solid economy and cruelty.In the face of the current dilemma of confronting the investigation into organizational crimes,more and more people begin to think of the reform and innovation in secret investigation techniques whereas the fewer people are studying the factors of the system of investigating organizational crimes which restrain the actions of investigation.Based on the current situation of the Chinese investigation system,this paper discusses the plans and suggestions to balance and consummate the relationship between them in terms of the relationship between the police and the procurators at all levels. |
