| 摘 要： | 永兴金银产业,在“零资源”基础上,创造优势,做活“无中生有”文章,通过废物利用、循环利用,形成了一个蔚为壮观的产业,从“无银之地”崛起而成“中国银都”,其创造性的发展历程,生动地诠释了循环经济的深刻内涵。但永兴的金银产业仅仅是量的堆积,产业同构现象非常突出,产业链条还不完善,产业发展潜力还未充分挖掘,产业效能还未充分释放。只有进一步以循环经济理论为指导,在不断拓展金银产业的循环发展、高速高效发展和健康高速持续发展的空间上下功夫、求突破,才能实现永兴金银产业的可持续发展和“二次创业”。

| Abstract: | Based on "zero resource",the gold and silver industries of Yongxing,by means of recycling use of the wastes,have created their priority in this industry and formed a grand industry.From "a place of no silver" to "the capital of silver",its history of the development of the silver industry is a vivid interpretation of the deep connotation of the recycling economy.However,the gold and silver industries confine themselves to the idea and fact of the accumulation of quantity.It is a serious problem that all the industries are of the same or similar structures and the industry chains are not complete and perfect,which in a way affects the development of the production potentials and efficiency.Only lead by the idea of the recycling economy,only when more efforts are made to make continuous recycling development of the gold and silver industries,to speed up the efficient development of the industries,can we manage to realize the continuable development of the gold and silver industries of Yongxing and create"the second time of industry climax". |
