| 摘 要： | 任何一种文化现象都受此种文化的自然环境的影响，体育作为一种文化现象也与自然环境密切关系。在西部开发中，很重要的一点就是应该把文化生态放在一个战略位置，这是具有战略性和可持续性。但是文化也是把双刃剑，先进的文化可以促进西部跳跃式发展，落后的文化则会阻碍西部向现代化发展。

| Abstract: | Any kind of culture couldn't exist without the influence of the natural environment of that culture. PE exists as a kind of cultural phenomenon closely related with the nature circumstance. In the development of the west area of China there is a strategic and sustainable point of view should be paid attention to. That is the ecology of the culture ought to be put in a strategic position. The culture is likely a double edged sword. the advanced culture may promote the development of the west area greatly, on the other hand, the backward one will be an obstacle on an developing way of the west area. |
