| 摘 要： | 实训教学管理是高职教学管理中最为重要的环节之一，应该按照实训教学体系建设完善的实训教学工作的管理系统。结合实训教学管理方面存在的一些问题，探究了实训教学高效管理的新方法，构建并完善实践教学的课程体系，让学生在实训中真正得到发展和锻炼。

| Abstract: | Vocational education training teaching management is the most important part of managing one of the practical teaching systems in accordance with the improvement of practical teaching work management system.Management’s practice teaching exists with some of the problems,it’s necessary to explore the efficient management of the new practical teaching methods,to build and improve the practice of teaching curriculum.We should make students in the development and practical training in a real exercise. |
