面向基础教育和服务基础教育的师范教育改革

摘    要:传统的师范教育因其终结性特征受到越来越多的挑战,我国目前师范教育的改革不在于是否建立定向或非定向性的师范教育模式,而在于改革其终结性的特征。改革这一特征,重要的是沟通职前教育与职后教育,加强教育理论与实践的联系,这就需要以基础教育为中介,树立面向基础教育、服务基础教育的思想,坚持可持续发展和终身教育的原则。

Abstract:The traditional teacher education h as been challenged a lot because it is terminal,which means it can' t provide upper education for the stu dent teacher.The focus of the curren t teacher education reform in China i s not to set up a directional or non -dir ectional teacher education model,b ut to change its terminal feature sub stan-tively.To change the terminal featu re,the important thing is to combine the pre -service education and the in-service education,and strengthen t he relationship between educational theory and practice.To achieve thi s goal,we must have the basic education as the medium,establish the idea to the basic education and for the basic education,and stick to the principle of sustain able development and life -long learning.
