| 摘 要： | 民行侦查权的有效行使对新形势下加大查办职务犯罪力度,强化检察机关对民事、行政诉讼活动的监督职能,加强人民群众的司法信仰,实现司法公正与和谐,有着重大意义。立足于工作实践,提出在民行侦查权的行使过程中要处理好三个方面的关系,并加强民行侦查工作中的证据收集制度建设,以促进民行侦查权的有效行使。

| Abstract: | Under new situations,effective execution of investigation power in civil administrative procuratorial work is of great significance in investigating into duty crime reinforcing litigation supervision realizing the justice and harmony of judicature.Based on my own work practice,it is proposed that three relations should be handled properly in the execution of investigation power by civil administration and the collecting of the evidence should be reinforced to facilite effective work on practicing power of investigation in civil administrative procuratorial work. |
