| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对塔沟武术学校学生运动损伤情况及造成运动损伤的各种因素进行调查研究。结果显示：（1）大多数塔沟武术学校学生都有不同程度地运动损伤,常见的损伤部位有踝关节、腰部、膝关节和腕关节。（2）造成塔沟武术学校学生运动损伤地自身因素主要是：准备活动不充分、思想不重视、身体素质差、技术动作的错误;外界因素主要是：场地器械不合理。（3）塔沟武术学校学生运动损伤机率高的主要场地有：水泥地、塑胶场地、草地、泥地。（4）塔沟武术学校运动损伤后的诊断情况依次为：膝、踝关节的损伤有77人,占56.8%;肌肉拉伤有34人,占25%;韧带拉伤有28人,占20.4%。大部分人在损伤后能合理选择治疗方法,治疗方法合理,但仍有少数人选择不进行治疗。

| Abstract: | This paper by using the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, interview and mathematical statistics, does the survey of the Wushu school students＇ sports injuries and the relevant factors. The results show that there are some reasons for it： firstly , most students of Tagou Wushu School have different degrees of sports injury, the common parts are on the ankle, waist, ham and knee, elbow, wrist and so on; secondly the main reason for being injuried include not fully prepared to, thoughts or physical quality, the error of technique, field devices not reasonable, etc. Then the mainly external factor is site equipment unreasonable; Thirdly , Wushu athletes injuries rate mainly because of the concrete ground, the rubberized playgrounds, grassland and mud .Fourthly, The diagnosis situation after the athletic injury of Wushu school of Tagou is successively： The damage of knee, ankle joint has 77 people, take 56.8%; Muscles are strained having 34 people, take 25%; The hgament is strained having 28 people, take 20.4%. Most people can choose therapeutic method rationally after damaging, therapeutic method is rational, only a few people choose not to treat. |
