| 摘 要： | 主要阐述了德国构建的独树一帜教育类型——＂双元制＂,以及充分展示的职业教育所培养的人才应具有的职业性、实践性特点。同时,对德国＂双元制＂职业教育模式的精髓予以深刻的诠释,并从中德职业教育现状的对比中,提出了我国高职教育改革的对策及建议。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly explores the unique education type,dual system built by Germany to fully demonstrate the professional,practical features of talents trained by vocational education.At the same time,from the profound understanding of the essence of German dual system of vocational education mode and the comparison of present condition of vocational education between Germany and China,it puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion for our country s higher vocational education reform. |
