| 摘 要： | 文化资源指的是人类生存发展需要的、以一切文化产品和精神现象为指向的精神要素。和自然资源一样,文化资源也是人类生存发展需要的重要资源。文化资源具有无形、传承性、稳定性、共享性、持久性等特征。文化资源对人类社会的发展起着方向性、支撑力、凝聚力、推动力的作用。因此,应充分重视文化资源的开发、利用,并加强文化的创新,使之更好地为人类社会的发展服务。

| Abstract: | Cultural resource refers to all spiritual elements which are needed for existence and development of mankind,all cultural works and spiritual phenomena being its direction.Like natural resources, it is also important to the existence and development of mankind.The cultural resource has the characteristics of being invisible,steady and everlasting.It has the maximum efficacy and can be shared,transmitted and increased progressively.It has the function of directing,sustaining,cohering and promoting the development of the human society.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the development and utilization of the cultural resource and its innovation. |
