| Abstract: | The employment College students has become the main concern of the whole society as well as higher education.However,the fierce competition for jobs involves not only intellectual factors but also non-intellectual factors.Actually non-intellectual factors play a decisive role in the development and training of students' employability.The present study is trying to find a better way of improving college students' employability from the perspective of cultivating non-intellectual factors. |
