| 摘 要： | 高校体育是大学生接受学校体育的最后阶段。大学生是未来社会的主力军。未来社会不仅要求大学生有渊博的知识，而且要有健康的体魄。大学生通过参加体育锻炼达到强身健体的目的，还有赖于高校体育对学生体育意识的培养。只有使学生懂得体育运动的价值，并通过享受运动所带来的愉悦体验，才能使之真正投入运动，收到良好效果。
