| 摘 要： | 民办高校的生存和发展与学生生源数量有着密切联系,但在"规模"发展趋向稳定后,还必须与时俱进,就必然要向"内涵"发展转型。培养什么样的学生,怎样培养学生,是当前高校学生管理体系中内涵建设的重点之一。内涵发展有着几个方面的重要内容,关键在于:一是师资队伍的建设;二是专业创新与特色教学的能力;三是学生思想政治教育整体水平与整个教育过程的管理体系的完善。而学生思想政治教育工作的成败,已成为衡量一所学校教育教学质量重要标准。

| Abstract: | The existence and development of private colleges is closely related to the number of students.However,when the scale of students tends to stable,private colleges should change the quality improvement mode to develop further.For present university students' administration system,what kind of students should we cultivate and how to cultivate them is the focus of discussions and attentions.The quality improvement development has the following keys contents:1.the construction of teaching faculty,2.specialty innovation and teaching capacity with characteristics,3.the overall level of students' ideological and political education and the administration system for the whole education process.The success or failure of students' ideological and political education work has become an important criterion to weigh the teaching quality of a college. |
