| 摘 要： | 随着教育信息化不断深入,线上线下混合式教学方法逐渐成为大家共同关注的问题。“法理学”是法学专业的一门基础必修课,具有理论性强、抽象性强和知识性强等特点,是一门学习起来比较枯燥的课程。针对“法理学”课程的特点和线下课堂授课的不足,提出了线上线下混合式教学方法在该课程教学改革与实践中的必要性。通过具体的教学实践,从课程结构适当调整、线上教学资源不断完善和建立科学的学生评价机制等方面,探讨了“法理学”课程实行混合式教学模式具体可行的实施方案。

| Abstract: | In the context of the gradual deepening of higher education informatization, the mixed teaching model that takes the advantages of online teaching and offline classroom teaching has become a hot spot of common concern. Jurisprudence is a basic compulsory course for law majors. It is very theoretical, abstract and has a lot of knowledge points. It is a relatively boring course to learn. In view of the characteristics of Jurisprudence course and the deficiencies of offline traditional teaching methods, this paper puts forward the necessity of implementing the online and offline mixed teaching model in the teaching of this course. Through teaching practice, it puts forward a concrete and feasible implementation scheme of the mixed teaching model of Jurisprudence course from the aspects of the appropriate adjustment of the course structure, the continuous improvement of the online teaching resources and the establishment of a scientific student evaluation mechanism. |
