| 摘 要： | 为了满足现代基建行业对高素质创新型人才的需要,培养创新型师资队伍,提升学院办学质量,西安科技大学材料学院与中国葛洲坝集团市政工程有限公司就人才培养开展深度合作,企业参与制订培养目标,共建实践平台,由原来的通识培养转化为以学生兴趣为导向,以专业化课程体系和技术为手段,开展以企业生产实际的应用型科研项目为载体的综合实验课程及大学生创新型项目。这种人才培养模式既可以提高学生的创新能力和专业技能,也可以提高教师的生产实践能力和教学科研能力,还可以为企业输送创新型人才和科研成果。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of modern infrastructure industry for high-quality innovative talents,cultivate innovative teaching staff and improve the quality of running school,the College of Materials of Xi’an University of Science and Technology and China Gezhouba Group Municipal Engineering Co.,Ltd.have carried out in-depth cooperation on talent training.The enterprise has participated in the formulation of training objectives.The practice platform has been built by the enterprise and the college.The traditional general training has been transformed into students’interest-oriented training.Taking the professional course system and technology as a means,we have carried out comprehensive experimental courses and applied scientific research innovative projects for the students based on the actual production needs of the enterprise.This kind of talent training model can not only improve students’innovative ability and professional skills,but also improve teachers’production practice ability and teaching and scientific research ability,so as to provide innovative talents and scientific research achievements for the enterprise. |
