摘    要:合成了4种富电性的脱氢α-氨基酸衍生物,将缺电子催化剂Rh-3,5-CF3- (R) -BINAP用于这几种底物的不对称氢化反应中.讨论了底物上取代基及空间位阻对对映选择性的影响.

Abstract:Four electron-rich α-acetamidocinnamic acid derivatives were prepared and used as substrates in the asymmetric hydrogenation catalyzed by electron-deficient Rh-3,5-CF3-(R)-BINAP.Influence of the electronic properties of substituted groups in the substrates and their steric hindrance on the enantioselectivity of the product were discussed.
