| 摘 要： | 高校管理现代化是高等教育现代化的重要组成部分，高校管理现代化的核心是管理观念现代化。管理观念现代化的基础是吸收和借鉴古今中外管理思想的精华。老子哲学中蕴涵着丰富的管理思想，能为高校管理现代化源源不断地提供灵感和智慧。
