| Abstract: | In order to further develop the level of competitive aerobics in China, the paper studies the rules of competitive aerobics of China since 1986 systematically, analyzes all characteristics of these rules, the evolution of these rules as well as the influences of the evolutions, the trends of the rules to promote the improvement of Chinese competitive aerobics. |
