| 摘 要： | 我国大学校车在安全管理、多方面经营、交通行驶以及相关的法律制度等方面都存在着不足。通过对我国高校大学校车的现状分析、对优缺点进行概括归纳并通过与美国大学校车现状的对比,为我国高校大学校车的管理、行业发展提出有效的意见和建议。
