| 摘 要： | 外语教育源自对外交往,国家对外开放需要外语人才,外语人才的培养呼唤高考改革,高考改革应推进外语教育。随着我国改革开放不断深化、经济社会发展不断推进以及我国国际地位和国际影响力日益增强,我国与世界各国需要不断加强彼此间的相互了解,这就对外语教育提出了新的更高的目标要求。
