| 摘 要： | 人民监督员制度是我国检察领域的一项制度创新，它是将外部力量引入检察领域，有助于检察工作的公正进行。但作为一项探索性的制度，在具体的制度设计上依旧有不尽人意的地方。因此．加快立法确认，使人民监督员的来源更具广泛性，扩大监督范围，并赋予人民监督员一定程度上的主动权。这些具体的意见，将会促使人民监督员制度进一步完善和规范。

| Abstract: | The system of people＇ s supervisors is an institutional innovation in the field of public prosecution in China. It introduces the external force to the public prosecution, and enhances the fair operation of procuratorial work. But, as an exploratory system, there still exist some unsatisfactory aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the legislative action so as to broaden the sources of supervisors, to enlarge the range of supervision, and to give supervisors the initiative rights in some degree. Such suggestions will further perfect and regulate the system of people＇ s supervisors. |
