| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化的新形势提出了创新大学生德育工作的必要性.应加强从事大学生德育工作的教师队伍建设,调动教师教书育人的自觉性并使其具备深厚的政治理论修养和科学的知识理论结构.在此基础上把握规律性,力图将创建贴近实际的大学生德育平台与创新适合学生发展的德育方法相结合,进而实现德育模式的新转变,提升大学生的道德思维和道德践行能力.
