摘    要:针对煤矿现有拟调度电话通信系统的不足,设计了基于CAN总线的数字语音通信系统。系统采用自带CAN控制模块的PIC作为主控芯片,与独立的CAN收发器CTM8251构成CAN收发模块;采用ABME-1000作为语音编解码芯片,以硬件的方式实现了语音分组。工业现场应用表明:该系统失真度、声强、实时性等指标符合煤矿安全生产要求。

Abstract:Because of the existing analog dispatching telephone system in coalmine is insufficient, a digital voice communication system based on CAN bus is designed in this paper. The system adopts microcontroller PIC which built-in CAN controller as the core control chip, PIC and the independent CAN transceiver CTM8251 form the CAN transceiver module. And AMBE-1000 as speech coder achieving voice over packet is chosen with the method of hardware. Industry filed application shows that its degree of distortion, intensity of sound and real-time all can meet the requirements of the coalmine field.
