| 摘 要： | 构作容错和纠错能力强的池设计是非适应性群试验在DNA序列筛选中的中心问题。本文利用新的方法计算了Dn-矩阵构作的池设计中的指标,并分析了它的检错和纠错能力。

| Abstract: | Construction of pooling designs with high degrees of error-detecting and error-correcting property is a essential problem to non-adaptive group testing during DNA library screening. A new method is used to calculate the indicators in pooling design being constructed by Dn-matrix. |
