基于半导体制冷片的温度采集控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对半导体制冷片自身所具有的优点,设计了基于半导体制冷片的温度采集控制系统。介绍了温度采集控制系统的硬件、软件设计。硬件主要由温度采集模块和半导体驱动电路构成,温度采集模块由PT100及其调理电路和A/D转换电路构成,IR2110和IRFZ44N构成半导体驱动电路;程序的设计采用了模糊式PID算法,以提高系统的性能;上位机软件采用Visual Basic 6.0编写。测试结果表明:该系统具有测量精确度高、可靠性好、误差小的特点,可以实现0~80℃的控温,精度达0.5℃。

Abstract:According to the inherent advantage of semiconductor chilling plate, the temperature acquisition and control system based on semiconductor chilling plate is designed in this paper. The hardware and software design of temperature acquisition and control system is introduced. Hardware of the system mainly consists of temperature acquisition module and semiconductor driver circuit. Temperature acquisition module is constituted by PTIO0 and its modulator circuit and A/D conversion circuit. IR2110 and IRFZ44N comprised the semiconductor driver circuit; due to the fuzzy type PID algorithm in design of the program, the performance of the system improved; the host computer software is written using Visual Basic 6.0. The experiments show that the system works well with high accuracy, good reliability and minor error ,with temperature control between 0-80℃, precision of 0.5℃.
