| 摘 要： | 高品质的技能竞赛要经过精心设计和组织,具有职业性、针对性和开放性的特征。高职饭店服务类专业要以大赛为引导,积极适应区域现代生活性服务产业发展需要,进一步明晰专业定位、人才培养目标与规格,不断开展专业教育教学改革,培养健康、快乐、阳光的现代饭店从业人员。

| Abstract: | High quality skills competition should be designed and organized deliberately,and should be professional,targeted and open.Hotel service majors of higher vocational education should be guided by relevant competitions and try to meet the development demand of modern service industry actively.The major orientation,talent cultivation target and standard needs to be clarified through competition.By exploring competence based project teaching method and carrying out teaching reform,hotel service majors are expected to cultivate healthy,happy and sunny modern hotel service employees. |
