| 摘 要： | "村改居"社区是中国城市化过程中的必然产物。社区转型中包含着文化转型,文化转型的价值目标是构建社区和谐文化,提高居民的现代化素质。社区文化转型应该坚持多元取向与一元导向相统一、外灌与内生相统一、层次性与创新性相统一等基本原则。具体的实践途径有:完善"村改居"社区的物质文化设施,为文化转型提供物质基础;制定"村改居"社区的制度规范,为文化转型提供制度保障;加强"村改居"社区的思想文化教育,为文化转型提供精神条件;开展"村改居"社区丰富多彩的文化活动,为文化转型营造良好氛围。

| Abstract: | Neighborhood transformed from villages is an inevitable outcome of China’s urbanization.The transformation includes that of culture,which aims to construct harmonious community culture,improve people’s quality.Community cultural transformation should insist the principle of combining multi-orientation and one-guide,outside and inside,hierarchy and creativity.The practical ways are improving neighborhood community’s material and cultural facilities,thus to provide material basis for cultural transformation;making community regulations,thus to provide an institutional guarantee;strengthening ideological and cultural education,thus to provide spiritual guarantee;and carrying out colorful cultural activities,thus to provide suitable environment. |
