| 摘 要： | 当前我国学前教育的发展明显受制于经费投入的不足,其中政府财政投入不足是重要因素之一。本文通过问卷调查、实地调研、文献研究、统计数据分析及国际比较研究,用数据分析了学前教育在财政投入总量、财政投入结构及财政投入分配上的实际状况。研究表明,当前我国学前教育财政投入明显存在总量不足、分配不均、结构失衡等问题。
