| 摘 要： | 民办高校的诞生，为我国培养各类人才开辟了新的途径。但是，因为民办高校自身条件不足、教师自身的问题及其他外部因素的影响，使民办高校师资队伍建设问题仍然非常严峻。要搞好民办高校师资队伍建设，必须创新思路：既要求政府主管部门给予相关政策支持，也要求民办高校必须从树立正确的人才观、营造尊重人的氛围、调动员工的工作热情、重视自身专职教职工的入职和在职培训、加强对兼职教师管理等方面入手，走出一条师资队伍建设的可持续发展之路。
