| 摘 要： | 对目前高校体育课程建设中存在的核心内容不突出、教学模式单一、体验类课程缺乏等问题进行了探讨,在对课程建设全面分析的基础上,提出了把体能课、体验课、专项课三种类型课程进行组合、多种教学模式并存的高校体育课程方案。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses some problems that exist in college P.E.curriculum such as no prominent core content,single teaching model,lack experience content.Based on the analysis of construction of curriculum,it proposed a formula of college P.E.curriculum that contain improving physical capacity course,experience course,sports event course.And the multi-teaching model should be adopted. |
