| 摘 要： | 在分析准备活动生理因素的基础上，针对艺术体操教学与训练中准备活动的一些问题，结合艺术体操特点和规律作以分析研究，提出艺术体操准备活动的安排原则、练习内容、练习形式，并就如何提高准备活动效果提出建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing physical factors of warming-up exercise, the thesis proposed the principles for arrangement, practicing contents and forms according to some problems of warming-up exercise in class or training. By analyzing the characters and regularity of rhythmic gymnastics, the author also gave some suggestions for improving the efficiency. |
