| 摘 要： | 长期以来，一些事业单位严重缺乏固定资产管理意识，管理混乱，资产流失严重。随着事业单位机构改革的深入发展，固定资产管理显得越来越重要。通过列举分析目前事业单位固定资产管理中存在的问题，提出加强事业单位固定资产管理以人为本是关键；建立健全固定资产管理制度是前提；完善固定资产监督检查制度是保证。
