美国学前教育质量认证研究——以全美幼教协会《早教项目标准及认证指标》为例

摘    要:全美幼教协会(NAEYC)的早教项目认证是高质量学前教育的一个标志,以提高早教项目的质量为目标,认证体系设计了十项认证标准,建立了科学的四步认证流程,并提供了丰富的支持认证的资源。高水平的质量认证是学前教育健康发展的保证,借鉴美国的早教项目认证体系,我们应该关注学前教育质量评估的全面性、发展性,强化质量评估的支持环境建设,以推动我国学前教育质量的提升。

Abstract:NAEYC Accreditation of programs for young children represents the mark of quality in early childhood education.With the goal of providing an accrediting system that would raise the level of early childhood program,NAEYC designed 10 standards about different stakeholders for the accreditation,and developed a process with four steps to achieving NAEYC Accreditation.The accreditation program also provided many resources to help the early childhood programs who intrest in the accreditation.A good accreditation is the base to the development of the pre-school,analysing the NAEYC accreditation system,we should pay more attention to the comprehensiveness of the content of our pre-school evaluation,build developmental pre-school evaluation and encourage the facilitation projects which can offer resourses to the pre-school to be evaluated so as to promote the level of pre-school service.
