学分银行在高校学分管理中的价值与制度构建

摘    要:学分银行是高等学校教学管理制度改革的有效方法,高校学分银行研究与发展是促进知识共享、全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会建设的有效措施。学分银行为不同学习层次、不同年龄层次的学习者提供更多的机会,为学习者提供更加快捷、便利、差异化的学习环境。基于学分累积与学分兑换的学分银行,能够实现高校学分管理的优化。

Abstract:The credit bank is an effective method to reform the teaching management system of higher school, the credit bank research and development of colleges and universities are effective measures to promote knowledge sharing,lifelong learning, learning society construction. Credit bank provides more opportunities for learners of different age and learning levels,and more efficient,convenient,differentiated learning environment. This paper designs the credit accumulation and credit exchange framework model based on the credit bank ,and on this basis,the credit bank management system was designed,so as to realize the optimization of the credit management.
