| 摘 要： | 随着互联网日益深入人们的生活,网络技术的发展和利用给传统版权的保护带来了很多新的法律问题,网上著作权的保护成为理论界研究的又一新课题。本文围绕MP3数字化网络音乐作品的性质、归属以及所涉及的法律关系等,就MP3数字化网络音乐作品的著作权问题做一简要分析。
