基于单片机的电机节能保护系统的设计

摘    要:提出一种基于80C196单片机的功率因数控制装置,通过可控硅调压来调节功率因数实现节能,同时该装置还有软启动和多种保护功能.实验表明,该系统对经常处于轻载或变负载情况下的电机可取得较好的节能效果.

Abstract:Based on 80C196MCS a power factor controlling device is designed.This device adjust voltage through SCR to adjust power factor,and it contains a softstart component and various protecting systems.Experi-ments show that the device works well and effectively under under-loading or changed load circumstances.
