| 摘 要： | 随着社会对应用型大学生要求的改变，课程设置也逐步趋于理论与实际应用相结合。电机驱动控制课程也改变原来理论偏离实际的教学方法，课堂教学结合实验，并将电机驱动控制实训作为其后续课程，以巩固学生的理论知识和实际应用能力。就行为导向教学方法在电机及驱动技术实训中的应用进行探讨，提出较适合的具体实施方法以共享。
