| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察食管癌患者血清SOD、MDA的变化 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 :40例食管癌患者分别应用改良TBA微量法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清丙二醛 (MDA)水平、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的变化 ,同时以 40例健康人作为对照。结果 :食管癌患者血清MDA水平高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :食管癌患者机体抗氧化能力明显障碍 ,通过血清MDA、SOD水平的检测 ,可为食管癌的疗效观察提供一定的依据

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the changes and study the clinica l significance of SOD, MDA in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods: T he malondialdehyde (MDA), superoside dismutase (SOD) content of serum were determined by modificat ory TBA microdetermination, xanthinoxidanse method in 40 patients with esophagea l carcinoma and the results were compared with those of controlled group (n=40). Results: It showed that MDA content of serum in patients with esophageal carcin oma was significantly increased than that of controlled group (P <0.01), and the SOD content was significantly decreased than that of controlled group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The results suggest that the antioxidation ability decrease obviousl y in patients with esophageal carcinoma, and provides the evidence to observatio n of treating patients with esophageal carcinoma by examing the MDA and SOD. |
