| 摘 要： | 我国自1997年来先后3次对群众体育现状进行了调查,2007年第3次群众体育现状调查覆盖了全国31个省(自治区、直辖市),有效样本88 625人.调查内容涉及参加体育锻炼的质量、方式、消费、目的和需求等.研究表明,我国居民体育锻炼参与情况和我国社会经济水平的区域趋势相似,具有明显的东、中、西部区域差异,东部地区居民体育锻炼的总体情况好于中、西部地区,沿海区域高于内陆区域.居民参加体育锻炼具有的东、中、西部区域差异主要体现在体育锻炼的质量、消费水平、锻炼中断等方面.北方居民参加体育锻炼的人数比例和经常锻炼的人数比例均略高于南方,同时表现出参与频度较高、持续时间较短、锻炼强度较低等特点.积极参加体育锻炼这一类人群的比例在全国各区域的分布均衡,差异较小,约占总人数的0.6%.

| Abstract: | The survey of status quo in mass sports has been made 3 times since 1997. In 2007, the third survey covered 31 provinces and 88625 people. The contents of this survey deal with quality, manner, consumption, intention and requirement of the physical exercises participation. The main result shows that the regional difference of the residents participating in physical ex-ercises which correlated with regional economics is significant among East, Middle and West. The integration of mass sports in East is better than that of Midwest. The population percent of participating in physical exercises in inshore area was more than in inland area. The regional difference of the participating in physical exercises mainly reflects in quality, consumption and interruption. The population percent of participating in physical exercises in North is slightly more than in South. The frequency of participation in physical exercises in North is more than in South. The duration and intensity of participating in physical exercises in North is less than in South. The population percent of loving in physical exercises is distributed averagely in state, about 0.6 %. |
