摘    要:体育教学不同于其他学科,有的简单技术可能平时都在无意识地用着,但是经过一节课的教学,有些简单技术反而不会了,导致课堂教学效果与预期效果差别比较大。针对这种现象,通过回顾二年级“直跑屈腿跳高”课堂教学过程,认真总结经验,采用精讲多练、教学手段与形式的创新、善于总结经验,取长补短和体现“目标引领内容”的思想四种方法,以达到有效教学的目的。

A Case-based Analysis on How to Effectively Teach the Textbook Related to Simple Techniques:Taking the Teach- ing of"Bending-Leg High Jump with Run-up"for Grade Two in Our Town as an Example

Abstract:Different from other subjects, sports teaching may obliviously involve simple techniques in routine teaching, but af-ter a lesson, students, instead, don't know how to use simple techniques, resulting in a huge gap between classroom teaching effect and the desired one. In view of this phenomenon, through a review of the classroom teaching of "bending-leg high jump with run-up", we earnestly summarized the experience, and adopted such four methods as meticulous explanation and more exercises, innovation of teaching means and styles, being adept at summa-rizing experience, learning from others' strong points and closing the gap as well as reflecting the idea of "guiding contents by goals", in order to achieve the goal of effective teaching.
