| 摘 要： | 通过对高职院校实训现状的调研，与我院的护理实训教学实际结合，充分考虑了学生的思维方式以及认知规律．对于目前护理实训课程在教学方法的选择、教学内容的优化以及考核等方面进行了全面的改革。结论表明，围绕对学生进行实践技能提升以及综合素质的培养目标进行的实训教学改革对于促进技能型人才培养，提升教学能力以及学生的综合职业能力具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Through an investigation on the present situation of higher vocational training, and combined with the actual nursing training teaching in our college, and full consideration of students＇ ways of thinking and rules of cognition, a comprehensive reform is carried out for the current nursing training courses in the choice of teaching methods, teaching content optimization, appraisal and other aspects. The conclusion shows that the training teaching reform revolving around the goals of practical skill improvement and comprehensive quality development, is of great significance to the cultivation of technical talents, and the improvement of teachers＇ teaching abilities and students＇ comprehensive professional abilities. |
