摘 要: | 从发展心理学角度来说少先队员属于童年期,童年期是心理发展的一个重要阶段,少先队员正处于身心发育的成长期,是养成良好习惯,培养积极的心理品质,塑造健康人格的关键时期,而少先队通过各种活动载体开展的工作对少先队员健康心理素质的培养起着非常重要的作用。因此,如何将心理健康教育与少先队工作有效整合更好地为素质教育服务,就显得尤为重要。

Abstract: | Young Pioneers are still at their childhood from the perspective of developmental psychology. Childhood is an impor-tant and key period for Young Pioneers' physical and psychologi-cal growth when they develop their good habits, cultivate positive psychological qualities and form healthy personalities. And the work implemented by Young Pioneers through various carriers plays a pivotal role in cultivating their healthy psychological quality. Therefore, how to effectively integrate psychological health education into Young Pioneers work in order to better serve quality-oriented education, seems particularly important. |
