| 摘 要： | 远程开放教育中的两大支柱分别是资源与服务，远程学习者的远程学习需求也就不外乎教学资源和支持服务这两者了。深入分析学习支持服务系统组成的基本要素，了解基本要素对学生学习过程的影响，更多地从操作层面上总结和探索现代远程开放教育学习支持服务系统的建立及运行机制，从而更好地克服客观上存在的由于机构设置而影响学习支持服务具体功能发挥或其功能不完全实现的现象。
