| 摘 要： | 白玉蟾是道教南宗第五代祖师，他栖止武夷山期间，对武夷茶情有独钟，爱茶成嗜。他的诗文对武夷茶俗多有体现，既有涉及武夷茶的制作过程，又有喝茶的切身审美体会。他把茶当作是济世疗疾的灵丹妙药、怡情养性的天然介质，交友待客的重要饮品。

| Abstract: | Bai Yuchan,who was the fifth ancestor of Inner Alchemy of the Southern Lineage in Southern Song Dynasty,liked to drink Wuyi tea very much when he lived in Wuyi shan.His poems described a lot of customs of Wuyi tea,and refered to how produce Wuyi tea and he felt after drinking tea.He regarded Wuyi tea as a catholicon of regimen and a intermedia of oneself mellowness and a important beverage of entertaining guests and friends. |
