| 摘 要： | 软科学在我国决策科学化、民主化的进程中起到了十分重要的作用。国家软科学研究计划作为我国软科学研究的重要组成部分正处于发展的关键时期。本文在对国家软科学研究计划现状分析基础上,着重探讨了国家软科学研究计划当前存在的问题及原因,提出了国家软科学研究计划未来发展的对策建议。
