| 摘 要： | 大学生的身心健康是和谐校园的前提和基础，和谐的校园环境为大学生身心健康提供优良的“港湾”。本文通过查阅大量文献资料，对大学生身心健康现状进行全面了解，旨在为和谐校园的构建、阳光体育运动的贯彻落实提出科学、合理、有效的措施，以促进广大青少年学生全面健康成长。

| Abstract: | The physical and mental health of college students is the prerequisite and basis for constructing harmonious campus. It is a harbor for a harmonious campus environment for the provision of quality physical and mental health of college students. This paper, through reviewing extensive literature conducts a comprehensive investigation on student＇ s physical and mental health condition. The main purpose is to construct a harmonious campus and provide scientific, rational and effective measures for promoting student＇s health growth and development. |
