| 摘 要： | 根据福建省主要气象灾害数据库(1980—2005年)资料,采用台风灾害灾损度TDD和环境不稳定度BW要素,构建了福建省台风灾害经济损失指数TDs(灾损度指数)指标,对福建台风灾害经济损失变化进行分析。研究表明:利用台风灾害灾损度指数对台风灾害经济损失评价方法可取,它不受灾害发生的时间和地点限制,可比性强;福建省台风灾害灾损度指数呈波动上升,这与台风灾情加重和福建省环境不稳定度加大有关。建议福建省防御台风的主要措施应是:在提高台风预报和抗灾水平的同时,恢复环境的稳定性。

| Abstract: | To reduce the calamity of typhoon,TDs,consisted of TDD and BW,was used as the main index of analyzing the economic loss of typhoon calamity in our studies,based on the database of weather calamity in Fujian.The results indicated that the method of analyzing the economic loss of typhoon calamity was advisable,which was not limited by the time and site and showing the high ability of comparable.Meanwhile,the results also showed that fluctuant rise of TDD was not only affected by the aggravate of typhoon calamity,but also affected by the incensement of BW of environment in Fujian.All the results suggested that to reduce the calamity of typhoon,it must increase level of forecast typhoon and recovery from calamity,as well as resume the stability of Fujian environment. |
